Mishcon de Reya, the law firm is beginning a legal action, on behalf of a group of businessmen and academics to ensure the government consults parliament before triggering Article 50 (HERE).
I think we can look forward to endless legal battles over Brexit, including issues related the devolved governments of Scotland and Northern Ireland. All of which is going to delay matters, create more uncertainty and result in damage to the economy and people's jobs.
